Yes, COVID has changes so many dynamics of operating a hotel - especially a waterpark hotel. I am sorry that you were disappointed in the overall pricing of your stay. My wife and I booked this Labor Day trip just after our ten year anniversary,We stayed in a huge suite with whirlpool tub but while the room was adequate we stayed in a Hampton inn before in this area that was nearly as nice with all the same specs for about half the price and also had a kitchenette with a microwave and coffee machine,because of covid 19 there’s no fun center(we knew) ,no water park(we knew) ,no house keeping services during our 4 night stay(we didn’t know) and no Room service (we didn’t know)but the room prices all remain the same as when all these amenities were in affect.With a room costing over $300 a night we chose to stay here knowing most of these things in advance but still doesn’t seem fair to customers to pay full price when so many services have been lost.They probably had no problem selling out even with these issues on A Labor Day weekend and they are located right in downtown Frankenmuth but even if all services were equal unless the water park, the fun center or being directly downtown are the most important thing to you I would just save the $150 a night and just be five Miles out of downtown.Btw we left a day early More Show less
